The Brief

To edit together graphics, presentation slides and zoom footage for a virtual conference. My client was dealing with the graphics package and brought me in to help with the editing. 

Implementation

Workflow was key, particularly with everyone working remotely on this project. File sizes and video codecs are also important considerations and need to be sorted early on. For me this was very similar to work I’d done before, but a real step forward incorporating After Effects into the workflow using adobe’s dynamic link.

The Result

Once we got going, the job progressed well. The difficulty of turning a conference into a virtual experience was not without its challenges, but again workflow is the key.



Ultimately we were able to deliver a slick and professional product using not much more than people recording sessions at home.
